Three ways we can work together.

Choose the engagement model that fits your organization. We can augment an existing team or take ownership of the project end-to-end.

We run on Scrum, in five clear steps.

Scrum is the agile framework we use to make software development — inherently complex — predictable. The project is broken into short cycles called sprints, each one ending with tangible, measurable value.

01

Product Backlog

We collect requirements, business goals and priorities together. The result is an ordered list of everything to build — always visible and adjustable.

02

Sprint Planning

At the start of each sprint — typically two weeks — we jointly decide what to deliver. Every goal is estimated and assigned to the team.

03

Daily Scrum

Every day the team syncs in a short stand-up: what got done, what is in progress, which blockers to remove. Full transparency.

04

Sprint Review

At the end of the sprint we show you working software. You review it, give feedback and, if needed, we recalibrate priorities.

05

Retrospective

The team reflects on what worked and what can improve. Each sprint gets smoother than the last — that is how quality compounds over time.

Every sprint produces a working increment of the product: no end-of-project surprises, and you can change direction when you need to without unexpected costs.

Ask your question →
How quickly can we start a new project?
After a free initial discovery call, it typically takes one to two weeks to define goals, assemble the team and kick off the first sprint. For more complex projects we may propose a short upfront analysis phase.
How is the project actually managed day to day?
We work in short sprints — usually two weeks — each one ending with something working. You get a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact, shared access to our project-management tools and regular updates.
Can I change my mind or adjust requirements during development?
Yes — that is exactly what agile is designed for. At the start of every sprint we revisit priorities together: adding, removing or changing features is part of the process and never comes with penalties.
Who owns the code you develop?
You do. Intellectual property of the source code, documentation and any artifact we produce belongs to the client from day one, explicitly stated in the contract.
How is pricing calculated?
After a listening phase we share a transparent estimate based on the team required and the expected duration. We usually prefer a time-and-materials model for its flexibility, but we can also propose fixed-outcome engagements when it makes sense.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Short sprints exist precisely to minimize this risk: you see progress every two weeks and can give feedback continuously. If something is off, we address it immediately. Contracts can always be ended with reasonable notice.
Do you only work with large companies, or also with startups and SMEs?
We work with organizations of every size. We adapt team composition, process and level of formality to your context: a startup in MVP mode needs speed, a larger company needs traceability and governance. We are comfortable in both worlds.
Can your team integrate with developers we already have in-house?
Absolutely. We plug into your tools, follow your coding standards and join your agile ceremonies. The goal is to amplify your team, not replace it.
